Card Boon was created to help support local economies, businesses, artists and vendors. We created this platform to give small towns and businesses an opportunity to provide their products and services to anyone from anywhere.
As the COVID-19 pandemic in the United States started affecting small businesses, Pat Guariglia (CEO & Founder of Card Boon), created Card Boon to help support local businesses in his home town. He recognized that a marketplace was needed that would enable customers to virtually shop any town from the comfort of their homes. For businesses, it is an opportunity to continue to offer that “small town” feeling through the Card Boon shopping experience, while providing an additional revenue stream.
Card Boon gives small businesses and towns a place to market, sell and connect to customers all over US and the world. Every purchases made on Card Boon represents a form of support for small businesses across the United States.
With the explosion of services like Amazon and big box stores, many shoppers are losing that personal connection with small businesses and towns who offer high-quality and thoughtfully curated products. Card Boon provides the needed space to reach the customers who care about shopping locally.
We are the local town marketplace… Start thinking outside the box store.
Businesses on Card Boon can sign-up to sell products, services, gift cards and other offerings. Each business is verified using business documentation and a brief interview. Once the local business is approved, then products and services can be placed on our platform.
